At Sweet Cakery, we strive to provide timely and reliable delivery across Bangalore. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth experience with your orders.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all locations within Bangalore.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: For orders above ₹2000, free shipping is available in the HSR Layout, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road and surrounding areas.
• Rest of Bangalore: For deliveries outside of these areas, customers will need to pay 50% of the delivery cost.

All orders are securely packed, and we use AC cabs for large orders to maintain the quality of your cakes during transit.

3. Order Processing Time

• For custom cakes, we recommend placing your order 2-3 days in advance to ensure proper preparation and delivery.
• In some cases, for select designs, we offer same-day delivery. Please contact us to check the availability for specific designs.

4. Delivery Time

• Delivery is generally completed within the same day after the order is processed, though exact times may vary based on the location and type of order.
• For same-day delivery, please reach out to us to confirm if your order qualifies.

6. Delivery Procedure

Before dispatching your order, we will call you to confirm the delivery timing.
If you are unavailable at the delivery location, re-delivery can be arranged, but you will be responsible for the re-delivery charges.
