1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • General Returns: We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened products within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Non-Delivery: Full refund if order is not delivered (excluding customer unavailability or wrong address).

  • Quality Concerns: If product quality does not meet expectations, contact us within 3 days. Refunds/replacements will be case-by-case after return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or Personalised Cakes: Non-refundable once production begins.

  • Change of Mind on Perishable Items: No refunds, as all cakes are made-to-order.

  • Missed Deliveries: Re-delivery charges apply; refunds not issued.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items (new, unused, or defective) within the 3-day return window, provided items are returned in original condition.
